Shipping policy

All customer prints are sent out by Registered Post. Due to the delicacy of your print, Registered Post is the only way to assure safe travel. I unfortunately do not offer standard postage on my pieces. Please allow up to 12 working days from time time of purchase for you order to be delivered within Ireland and UK, and up to 15 working days for Europe and Rest Of World.

Please note that print prices do not include shipping costs, these are allocated based on posting region, and are displayed prior to checkout.

Christmas Shipping - All orders placed after the 'Christmas Last Orders' cutoff date will be shipped in early January. Please kindly be aware of your purchase date ahead of an email request on order status.

All orders are tracked and each customer is sent their tracking number in their Shipping Confirmation email. Please be aware that once an order displays 'Delivered' or 'Attempted Delivery' it is the customers sole responsibility. All queries regarding missed deliveries should be made to An Post thereafter. We recommend having your tracking number to hand.

International Shipping - Please be aware we use the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) method, meaning that local sales taxes and/or customs duties are not included. In DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations outside Europe, the displayed item price does not include all taxes and duties. Taxes and duties in these destinations are collected at the time of delivery. If you reside in a non-European country, we advise you to inquire about local taxes and duties before placing an order. Please be aware that any local sales taxes and/or customs duties will be directly charged to the customer by our courier for each order at the time of shipment and will not be refunded in the event of a return. You will of course have the option to 'accept or decline' the shipment as with any international deliveries. Once contacted by DHL, it is the customers discretion of which option the choose.
