As many of you will know, my best friend Georgie Crawford was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in October 2017. She has been and continues to be an inspiration to so many woman and is also an advocate and ambassador for @BreastCancerIreland. I honestly could not be more proud of my friend and her strength she has shown through her Journey. For a while now we have been wanting to come together and do something to raise money for such a worthy cause. Through COVID 19, many charities have been seriously impacted and need support. Not many of you will know this, but BCI is a charity that is run solely by two amazing women, Aisling Hurley and Samantha McGregor, who work with many women who have been diagnosed.
SO, I wanted to do something to help. October is Breast Cancer Awarness month. I have painted this piece in the hopes of raising money for such a worthy cause. I am donating 50% of all sales made from FEMME to Breast Cancer Ireland.
Each of our boobs are unique and different, not one is the same as the other, just like us. Within this painting, I wanted to create a piece that represents all of the different shapes and sizes that our breasts come in, all around the world.
